Deleting your account

You can delete your Sunkind account and data at any time. Here's how.

Prefer email? Write to hello@foxtide.cofrom the address associated with your account and we’ll process the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your profile, skin-type result, saved locations, routines, and sessions are deleted. Tan-progress photos are stored only on your device — they are removed when you delete your data in the app or delete the app itself, and we hold no server copy to delete. Data written to Apple Health stays in Apple Health — you control that in the Health app.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or billing reasons, for as long as necessary.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to stop future billing.
